HELLO and WELCOME COMRADES!!

My name is David Cogswell RKC  I am a 4th Degree  TAE KWON DO MASTER  and currently teach here in the Clearlake Area. I also was a member of the US Air Force PARARESCUE Special Ops prior to coming to Houston in 1989. I have been involved in all kinds of physical fitness programs and sports most of my life. From weight lifting. wrestling, gymnastics, martial arts training of all kinds. Always looking for new and better ways to improve my physical conditioning to take my skills to the next level in performance. About 5 years or so ago I happened to read an article featured in 2001 MUSCLE MEDIA MAGAZINE written by a man named PAVEL TSATSOULINE. Every month PAVEL would discuss different types of body exercises, weightlifting techniques which would excel you to a higher level of excellence.  Then there was this KETTLEBELL article that really caught my eye. Well after some long diliberation on my part ( which by the way I'm still kicking myself for waiting so long to get involved!!) One day I happened to find another WEBSITE through DRAGONDOOR.COM  it was a link to MILITARY FITNESS MAGAZINE. Developed by NATHANIEL MORRISON Sr.RKC and a current USAF PARARESCUEMAN. who is sold on KB's and was adapting them to their military fitness program that I used to do when I was In the SPEC OPS community. So as the story goes if the SPECIAL OPS guys are using KB's there must be something to this. So I went and ordered my first set of KB's and haven't looked back.I'm a certified RKC INSTRUCTOR and would love to help you fulfill your DREAMS and PERSONAL FITNESS GOALS.
